Eating at home is a great way to prevent yourself from eating extra food that is very unhealthy for you. Of course fast food restaurant's food is probably the worst nowadays but even regular restaurant's food is becoming increasingly unhealthy.
I think it is all because everybody wants their food as quick as possible so they aren't willing to wait the time it takes to make a healthy meal.
And honestly, you can whip up a quick healthy meal or snack at home a lot easier then most people think. You don't even have to create something in fact. Buy some fruit/vegetables and just eat those; other then possibly having to wash them and slice them up, it is a quick easy and healthy alternative to reaching for a bag of chips or a can of soda.
