1/2 Tsp Dill
1 lemon
Preperation
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Put fish on foil-lined baking sheet. Spray sheet with non-fat cooking spray.
Bake 10 minutes for each inch of thickness. Salmon should be opaque but not dry.
Serve salmon with lemon wedges
