i also agree that loosing weight is not about starving yourself, but watching what you eat and eating moderately.. starving yourself can result in loosing some weight fast but it harms your body as well... ill mention some of the side effects: fatigue, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeats, constipation, stomach pains, depression, liver and kidney damage and loads more of damaging effects to the body. evidently, starving yourself, should not be an option, it badly affects you physically, even psychologically.. i also would like to point out that exercising and dieting is most effective for loosing weight! and off course finding the right 'formula that works for you' so you can stick with it!

I think that it is best to change the way you eat for the better permanently, incorporate it as a habit in your life rather than simply short-term dieting when you want to lose weight. What I did was go on the Lemonade Cleanse before I started my diet change in order to eliminate toxins from the body beforehand and I think that this is really the best way to go about it.
