It is not easy to choose exercise for us. Because of there are many exercise. I think I like to join gym and follow my gym coach instructor. It is a nice option for me.
I am so lazy person. My instructor chooses exercise for me every time but I am not able to follow it. So he always disappointed with me. But now I will try one more time and choose yoga exercise for me.

There are many exercise and that's why I am confuse which one is right exercise for me. I think Walking and jogging is the right exercise for me. Because of I am a beginners and its easy for me.
If you can not find something you love to do, choose something you hate the least, normally walking. Anyone can walk and it is great exercise. Intensity and duration can be modified to suit your needs. It can be a social experiment if you can family and friends to walk with you.
I think its all depend on your body structure that which exercise is suitable for you. If you have any problem with any particular exercise than you avoid this exercise and keep yourself healthy.

In my experience water exercise also good for health. Swimming and exercising in warm water are especially good for stiff joints and sore muscles. Water is very useful to our body.
If you want to do low weight exercise than its no any problem for you. But if you want to do heavy weight exercise than you must take advice of your trainer.
I think many exercises right for me. Like jogging, running, aerobics, Yoga and some other exercises. But I like to doing that exercise which are not suitable for me and there are no any side effects on me.
Taking regular exercise prevents fatty, provides strength and reduce fat. But the way emotional and quick way to remove the fat is a weight loss pill.
